Monthly Subscription
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain access until then. No partial-month refunds are provided.
Lifetime License
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on lifetime licenses. If Screenix does not meet your expectations, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to mathis@screenix.studio with the email address used for your purchase. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Exceptions
Refund requests may be declined if significant use of the software has occurred beyond the 14-day window, or in cases of suspected abuse.
